Sweet Success in Cologne

The UK pavilion at ISM will be the largest in many years with over 70 UK sweets, snack and biscuit companies exhibiting at this annual trade show, taking place in Cologne, Germany 31 Jan – 3 Feb 2016. 

A huge, diverse range of products will grace the UK stand highlighting how prolific UK business is in this important sector. With all sort of delights from traditionally made shortbread and cakes to award winning popcorn, melt in your mouth toffee to innovative flavoured coffee, the UK pavilion is sure to be the must attend stand at ISM 2016.

In line with the global trend for healthier snacking, the UK will be showcasing some delicious new products in this sector.  First time exhibitors at ISM, Nudie Snacks will be showing their premium toasted coconut chips, a healthier alternative to potato crisps and another newcomer, Wholebake, will present their tasty seeded energy bars, ‘9bars’.

The gift sector is particularly strong once again with a huge variety of seasonal and themed gifts on display from the likes of Silver Crane, Farmhouse Biscuits, Simpkins, Grandma Wild’s, Churchill’s Confectionery and Keep Calm and Carry on Beverage Company. New exhibitor, The Walnut Tree has propelled itself into the luxury food market and is now one of the world's leading suppliers of healthy, edible gifts.

Regular exhibitors include the likes of Artisan Biscuits, with their award winning range of biscuits and crackers, Swizzels Matlow, Stockely’s Sweets, New York Delhi and their VIP Nuts products, Walkers Chocolates, Shortbread House of Edinburgh, gluten free foods from Mrs Crimbles, and many more.
